Your key responsibilities will be:
Support in acquiring new clients: identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
Participate in discovery meetings with potential clients, helping to understand their needs and representing North's vision from day one.
Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, collaborating with the team to craft compelling and tailored pitches.
Represent North at in-person events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings — bringing energy and embodying our studio culture.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients.
Manage and update prospect and opportunity databases – HubSpot CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on generated opportunities.
You will bring to the table:
Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Interest in the commercial area and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
Fluent level of Spanish and an intermediate/high level of English is a plus.
