As a Product Designer at North, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences end-to-end, bringing together UX, UI and visual storytelling in a single, cohesive creative approach. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and take full ownership of the design process, from research to visual execution, supporting product goals while elevating the brand experience. This role is ideal for someone curious and versatile, who thrives on combining structure with creativity.
As a Product Designer, here at North, you will…
- Collaborate with Partners, Product Managers and Developers.
- Design intuitive, accessible and visually appealing digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to visual storytelling efforts: micro-interactions, iconography, branded visuals or short motion pieces.
- Support branding and marketing assets when needed (e.g., landing pages, pitch decks, social creatives or basic video editing).
- Maintain high standards of craft and consistency across deliverables - from initial exploration to final implementation.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A solid grasp of UX/UI principles and the ability to adapt processes depending on project scope.
- A strong sense of visual design, composition and storytelling.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects or Premiere), plus prototyping tools.
- Some knowledge of motion design or video editing (basic animations, transitions, reels or promos is a plus).
- The ability to communicate design rationale clearly, both to clients and internally - in English and Spanish.
- Have experience working across branding or visual identity systems.
- Can illustrate or create custom assets when needed.
