As a UX Researcher here at North, you will…
- Define and execute qualitative and quantitative research plans according to the project stage.
- Develop clear insights based on observations to guide ideation and feature prioritization.
- Understand and analyze user behavior metrics as a complement to qualitative research.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to business and tech stakeholders.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- 3+ years of experience in UX Research for digital products and services.
- Strong command of conceptual methodologies and sound judgment in selecting appropriate techniques.
- Ability to plan and carry out studies with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus, but not essential.
